A country is like a company. A big country is the country that has good democratic system, unification and good government. And if we want to make our company become the big company, that’s what we need to do.

 We can start it by applying democracy system in our company. We can hear every complaint and opinion from people in our company. The people here can be our right hand to the lowest position like janitor.

 Democracy is not only the system that our government uses to rule and keep everything in our country in order. But, the democracy also can be a good way to make a great condition and relation in our house.

 With democracy in our family, we can easily unite our family member and strengthen the relation and bond between each family member. This is important, because, if our family got some problems, we can easily solve and going through it.
